ROM Hack 3DS Won’t Boot Up

My 3DS is having some type of problem booting up. I’m not quite sure why. I’ve included a pic of the error that’s shown on the screen when booting up. Any help will be appreciated, and thanks in advance!

Isn't exactly your problem, but eventually could help. Also, try to update your console through Safe Mode (pressing the combo L+R+A+Up when turn on your console) and clean the HOME Menu cache (pressing the combo L+R+B+Down when turn on your console)

PS: Also, it would be good to see before what happen if you change the "Nintendo 3DS" folder on console SD card for another temporaly (i.e. "Nintendo 3DS-1" or "Nintendo 3DZ", etc.), then put again the SD on the console an turn it on normally.

If same problem occurs, then you must perform a CTRTransfer or better reinject a NAND backup from your own console (if you have any stored).

EDIT - Please don't restore the sysnand just yet. Try the simple stuff first.
