Hacking 3DS update 4.3.0-10U

R4i Gold now sparks my interest (since it appears to be well updated and uses Wood).

Right now I have iEDGE (best construction quality, but no longer supported), Acekard 2i (AKAIO interface is the best), and Supercard DS2 (worst interface and medicore GBA emulation, but fast update).

R4i Gold 3DS from (www.r4ids.cn) with Dorasu icon is not blocked by this latest update.

When I bought the r4i gold 3DS from the r4ids.cn team, I was crossing my fingers that I received the motherboard revision that used that icon. The motherboard revision is different than the other cards they make/made, and it has been untouched in the last 4 or five updates (since v2.1.0-4). I didn't get it though!

I bet the Acekard team is pissed. We all know they're the laziest major flashcard team, but maybe the M3 or EZ Flash Team deserve a *cough* honarable *cough* mention also. As of late, EZ Flash gets the award, but overall M3 reigns as the king.

Yeah... I worded that really badly.

I heard the Spongebob revision is the best to have because it hasn't been touched, but I didn't get it. Well, guess I have to wait forever and a day for team AK to release another update.

it probably won't work since it didn't work with the older versions of the 3DS. idk mines personally the new Tennis one and even though I've got a Dorasu R4i gold 3DS, I'm not gonna update it yet since I never use the eshop and have most of my games on the Acekard 2i >.

Yes, it did add some blocks. I have the R4SDHC Dual Core (white) card. Was working on 4.1.0-8. They released an update on the flash cart for 4.2.0-9. I updated the flash cart firmware, but ended up not updating the 3DS. I went to the eShop to get something, and it prompted me for the latest updated. Thinking it was still 4.2.0-9, I updated, and it updated to 4.3.0-10, and now my cart is no longer working on the 3DS.
I'm not too worried, the team working on this particular flash cart is usually pretty quick. So I'm hoping to see an update soon....but a heads up for anyone with this flash cart, it IS blocked now.

Because they're lazy as shit! I mean, they want to test it and make sure Nintendo don't release a fast update, and ruin the chance of the wasting one of the last exploitable ROMs on planet Earth....you know

I likely i will store my acekard for my DSL and buy a R4i for my 3ds, they are slow... and only for 10 days? another month of wait to update my 3ds?
