if i transfer from a cfw'ed 3ds to another cfw'ed 3ds, will I lose something?
I will backup all my non-legit games/programs and VC, yes, but what about the "fbi" folder, or the "gm9" folder?
Does the 3ds transfer every folder from the previous system?

Please let me know.

thanks

If I remember correctly, all that gets transferred is the Nintendo 3ds folder, your legit tickets, and your NAND specific files (such as NNID save, movable.sed, and agbsave.bin). Everything else on your SD card should stay. However, I would still recommend backing up your SD card files to a computer before the transfer, just incase something were to happen.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that everything on the 3ds you are transfering to will be lost, make sure anything that you want off of that other 3ds is backed up to a safe location.
