3DS title screen download?

So I want to like, use a title screen on my Linux version of Citra.
Is there a way I could download a title screen thing, and run it in Citra? Or is that impossible?

Like, you know how when you boot up the Wii, there's that cool title screen? How would I download the 3DS's title screen and run it on Citra?

The 3DS doesn't do that, it just boots to the home menu. It's possible to have your CFW show a splash screen, a still image on both screens, unless you are using an emulator.
