3DS themes

Hey all,
I was wondering if perhaps there was a way to get Japanese 3DS themes on a US./NA. console without having to hack, wipe, or do anything drastic along those lines to the system itself. I was wanting to get the Hello Kitty/ Sanrio themes for my system, and hoped they'd release them to NA servers, but no chance of that happening now. If anyone has any experience with this sort of thing, please comment. I'd be very appreciative of what help you could offer.

I tried searching for a similar topic for this issue, but didn't see a title that came close. Maybe I missed it?

FYI. I do have a VPN if that makes a difference.

Will using Anemone prevent me from doing online interactions (ie. Downloading from eshop, transferring Pokémon, etc.)?

Anemone requires CFW permissions to use on the 3ds. Theres nothing that I know of that can be done to alter themes on a stock 3ds console.

having cfw alone will not block or brick your console.
