Hardware 3ds sdcard change

Hi!
I have a question regarding my 3ds I want to change the sdcard, more generally I already know (FAT32 formatting etc.) what about my installed cia files do I need to reinstall them afterwards? or stay the still installed if I have the Files of The old one transferred to the new one (I would have done anyway, though ).
I have a modded 3ds (softmod).
I Have modded my 3ds only 2 weeks ago and actually already knows a lot, but on this topic I am not so sure, because of that i ask for this.

Just copy everything to new card that's it

copy, and paste everything to your new card
