Fire Emblem Awakening (US):
- Max Stats Main Character
- All Weapons and able to use them
- Near beginning of game

Paper Mario Sticker Star (US):
- Max Stats
- Near beginning of game

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (US):
- All Items/Weapons, etc.
- Near Beginning of game

I went to one of our IRCs, and another user who is apparently fluent in Chinese was able to find one for me on a forum I've never heard of. Searching for a save for a particular game would be difficult, since everything is in Chinese.

Yes, this is possible.
Most games you can extract your own save files from.
Unfortunately this does not work for all games, Luigi's Mansion is such an example (I havent kept up with all the hacking stuff over the last months, so this might have been fixed already)
