Hacking 3DS Savegame Requests thread

Slightly off-topic, but did you hear that Nintendo just said that the reason Ice Climbers aren't in the game is because "[The 3DS] ...is simply not powerful enough to handle both Ice Climbers at the same time." How much fucking literal bullshit is that? Saying the 3DS isn't powerful enough to render one extra entity in a game that renders almost NOTHING during gameplay (Compared to a lot of other games, at least).

This "NEW 3DS" thing is really grinding my gears... It looks like something EA or Microsoft would do.

How do u extract a save from a smash bros J rom and put it on another region version?

Finally finished my 100% Super Mario 3D land (EUR) game, but I cant seem to upload the file to this thread.
Even though the upload menu says "all file types" I cant find the save file back.... anyone any ideas?
Should I upload it to the new site, or to file trip??

Also, does any of the people that joined this thread for Super Smash saves happens to have a Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D save file???

Try zipping the save up or packing it in WinRAR then upload here

You don't. Only Pokemon X/Y are capable of this, because all region versions of it are the same game.

Just tested with 4 of my clone saves on my recently adquired gateway and they all work , including mario 3d which was made on a 1.2 equivalent firmware. This could be put on front page so people wondering like me don't have to doubt XD

I don't think you guys will be able to get those saves considering everyone's running the game as a 3dz with their own headers.

At least some people will be running the default header that was attached to the original file in 3dZ, I will be. There already is a EU save up on the other site for the 3dZ version.

I only want a copy of the game I can play locally so the default header- MGS I believe, is fine. I'd play the EU version but I cant patch it, which I assume is required even for local play.
