ROM Hack 3DS roms help

I have download 3DS Simple CIA Converter and I have download 3DS file and put it into roms folder but when i shall Convert 3DS rom to Cia, i get this error
I have boot9.

You're using an outdated version of the converter, and/or don't have the a backup of the arm9 bootrom (containing the keys needed for conversion) in the right place

Alternatively, try with a different program, like 3dsconv, or a recent version of makerom (will probably have to compile this one yourself)

If the software needs it, then... maybe put it in a folder called "arm9" or just raw in the same converter folder.
If the software doesn't need it, I guess it's your choice.

Your CIA file seems to be corrupt. It is too small and does not contain a banner image.

This working CIA was created by dumping a retail cartridge of Pokemon Y, European version to a trimmed .3DS file with GodMode9 followed by converting it to .CIA - again with Godmode9 (I keep both versions of any game).

The trimmed .3DS file is about 1.71GB.
