So I got cwf on my 3ds and Im trying to use snickerstream to record but every time I launch a game the game recording on snickstream goes all black until I go back to the home menu any idea how to fix this

Is it pokemon/oot? If when going back to the home menu the wireless shows enabled, then internet, either go online in the game or use the nfc patch.
