Okay guys, I'm heading to my shopping centre on Friday, and I need your help to make up my mind for me. Should I get a 3DSXL? Or just stick with my regular 3DS?

I have the 3DS, but i would love the 3DSXL, those larger screens are awesome.

So yeah, go with the 3DSXL.

i have one already, i just want to know if i should stick with it, or go with the XL.

If money is not an issue, 3DS XL. XL is much better than original 3DS.

* Battery life is much improved on XL
* Headphone position is no longer awkward.
* It feels so much comfortable for griping on XL.
* Matte finish on XL means no fingerprint magnet.
* Home/Select/Start buttons are much better than original flat buttons on 3DS.

I can go on for more, beside 3DS XL is not that much bigger than 3DS.

money is not an issue, ill do the EB Games Trade deal. But i just want to know if it's worth the trade, or I should keep/Stick with my original?

How much are you trading for? Usually it is better to sell your 3DS online on your own. Make sure to do system transfer before trading/selling your old 3DS.

It is definitely worth the jump from 3DS to 3DS XL if money is not an issue. 3DS XL is what 3DS should have been in the first place.

That's actually what im thinking of doing... buying the XL, then selling the original on eBay... but I just want to know from someone who has had BOTH which they prefer. That's what's going to help me pick.

I bought a launch 3DS back then. I didn't like how it is uncomfortable to hold it and short battery life, so I sold it and stick with my DSi XL until 3DS XL came out.

If it were me, 3DS XL all the way.

thats the response i was looking for. thanks. anyone else?

Well I disagree with most people when they say the XL should've been what Nintendo released in the first place.
I have a launch 3DS and an XL, and I use both all the freaking time. I have to say, I guess my XL gets a bit more love, but not because of the size, but because it's new.
See, the XL isn't worth carrying around outside the house, and it won't easily fit in a small bag or pouch. I know I'm not helping by saying I like both. I figure maybe you should head over to a store and actually hold it; make your own judgements. Both 3DS systems were worth the money for me.

Hang on if you say money isn't an issue, then how about you keep your current 3DS and buy an XL as well?
