ROM Hack 3ds not turning on

I tried editing the sd card to download a randomizer but got mixed up and decided to restart. I deleted the things i thought were add-ons but now whenever i try to turn on the 3ds, the power light just flashes blue. I do not remember all of the things i deleted.

What was the setup ? If you installed luma3ds to nand you can boot without the sd card. Try it first. Also try to put the sd card out and in, it may be a simple contact problem.

Also show us the folder tree of your sd card so we can see what is missing.

3ds is famous for not booting at all whenever something goes a little wrong.

You probably deleted the boot.firm. Get the latest one from here and put it on the SD: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases
