but the nnid is needed to get updates from the eshop :/
no, only the latest system update is needed. but since you have an NNID that is linked but has problems right now, you can't use the eshop.
what happen to my savefiles if i use the tutorial you postet?
nothing, if you make an emunand backup before using TinyFormat.

if you want to be extra safe, make a backup of the "Nintendo 3DS" folder and your emunand dump (it might be NAND_emu.bin, emuNAND.bin, or just NAND.bin) before you format anything.

dump emuNAND to file is making the backup and clone file to emuNAND is the backup restore?
sry in the first link there is so much to read and my english is not the best and i dont wanne make ansything wrong

"Dump EmuNAND to file" is what you want to make a backup of the emunand.
"Clone file to EmuNAND" is what you want to restore the backup.

a thank you than i try it now

i let TinyFormat run and now it dont load the homebrew anymore....

you have to run "TinyFormat" in emunand. you should try this out.

if you use System Settings, then it will delete things in the "Nintendo 3DS" folder. if you want to do this, then back it up before you format.
