ROM Hack 3DS Mii Modifier (Computer Utility)

I've got a 'fancy pants' mii on both my o3ds and n3dsxl, and I can confirm that when I 'pass myself' the mii shows with gold/sparkly pants and has a gold menu in streetpass plaza.
I've also noticed some other benefits of having gold mii's visit in streetpass plaza; a gold mii in miiforce will give an extra special weapon (a satellite that moves around your ship firing), a gold mii in battle will give 10,000 troops, if you team up with a gold mii in mansion they will give increased stats (if you don't team up but accept an item it seems to always be a large health increase), a gold mii in quest will always be lvl 5... I also suspect that gold mii's in fishing open up the 'hidden' special species (gold koi etc), but this may just be random and have coincided with when I've had a gold mii in my party.

Thanks for telling me, man. Sadly, I don't have another 3DS. There's one final thing I'd like to know; can a person tag me twice if I'm a gold pants mii?
For example, I'm a guy with a normal 3DS with a normal mii and I meet a gold pants mii via streetpass. Can I keep tagging this gold pants mii or only once?

I agree with this post. I've manually edited my main and another Mii to fancy pants, but the only advantage I notice is with Mii Force giving your mercenaries an "option" (think old Konami space shooter games). With Mii Battle, at first I used to get 45,000 mercs instead of 4,500 (I know, crazy right? x10 troops!), but last I played I DIDN'T EVEN GET ANY BONUS. Just flat 4,500 troops, give or take 20-something. No gold menu for me.

So yeah, it's the people who tags you that gets all the benefits of your fancy pants.

I think the way it works is you can only streetpass the same MAC address once every 8 hours.

I really wanna see that feature I'd love to edit my primary Mii lol, at least for the sake of showing off. This is a great program by the way!

@--The--Way--> I believe that is because those effects only happen if it is main Mii. I currently don't have support for editing the main Mii as stated in the program and the first post. I remember reading somewhere in this thread that it might be possible to change if your main Mii is a celebrity or not.

My Main Mii (the one linked to my NNID) is special and I don't get the stuff Huntereb got, so I don't think that is the case.

From what I've read, it must be random whether or not you get the special menu, especially if that many people have tried altering their primary Mii in the same way.

Huntereb showed it on an old version of the Street Pass / Mii Plaza. On that version it would still show the golden Sparkles and Menu for your own Mii in the Lobby.
In the newer version they removed that Part. I downloaded Huntereb's Mii via QR and manipulated it so I could use it in Streetpass. No Golden Menu / Golden Sparkles on the new version.

After that I downloaded an official Special Mii, edited it to put it as my Streetpass Mii and afterwards edit it back to its original state (in which you wouldn't be able to use it in Streetpass).
No Golden Menu and no Golden Sparkles. The only show if a special Mii comes to your place. It will never show for yourself in the Lobby since the newer Version.

This is probably because in the older Version if your Mii was a Special Mii all the Special Mii benefits would be automaticly applied to everything. All Helping Heroes you hired would be Level 5 etc.

TL;DR: New Version of the Streetpass doesn't show Gold Menu etc. for your own Mii.

I would just like to mention, editing the Mii's creator name is finished.

However, I am not going to release it until I finish finding what is possible for editing your first Mii.

Just wanted to let you guys know that this is still being developed even though I took a break!

I want to had functionality for some main Mii stuff first.

As well, testing never hurts

Theoretically, I could release it, but it wouldn't have main Mii modifying abilities and it could be very glitchy sadly

EDIT:
I could release just the Creator modifying as well as the other tweaks now if you guys would like, but I don't have personal Mii stuff done yet.

It should say in my tutorial how to format it, but just in case, copy the following line EXACTLY:

RESTORE "CFL_DB.dat" "f000000b:/CFL_DB.dat"
