3DS getting stuck a lot

my new 3ds xl is getting stuck a lot
its been jailbroken

sometimes it gets stuck when opening settings, sometimes it wont open after i put it on sleep and sometimes it gets stuck when i open an app while another app was already running
whats causing it, should i factory reset it?

another thing i noticed was when i removed the sd card and tried opening setting and stuff i didnt see any lag so maybe it is the sd card

it is 128 gb btw

checked it, didnt have any errors on it

i have tried another sd card, the original one it came with and still i get stuck sometimes
whats the issue with it
