As of right now, my 3ds is backing up my system nand and i noticed 10 minutes ago that it seemed to stop moving. And as from 10 minutes ago to now it has stopped moving. Is there a possible brick if i were to turn off my 3ds at this point?

You're backing up the nand, not restoring it, right? Pretty sure you can't brick your system, but make sure to delete that partial NAND backup so you don't accidentally use it somehow.

You should be fine if you turn it off, as you are only reading it, not writing to it. The SD card in your 3DS may have run out of space when trying to backup and so it stopped backing it up. Try backing it up again with more storage available on the SD (The backup takes about 1 GB of space).

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    nope

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
