Homebrew 3DS Error

I homebrew my 3DS following instructions from this video on YouTube. Everything is good, except any DS emulator or DS game won't load. I 3DS recognize the cartridge, but just go to black screen and if i try to turn it of go to GodMode9. That's also happened when I enter the Download Play and choose Nintendo DS. Do you have any idea how to fix that?
