Flashcart is the only way to launch most nds roms currently. You can pick one up for $10 from nds-card.com (a site sponsor) and it works with the latest 3ds firmware. There are major benefits to using flashcart, including extremely high compatibility and games play at full speed, both of which Citra can not even compare to at this point.I have a working ds, and I'm ok with buying a flashcart (assuming theyre still available) for the ds as long as it doesn't take hours to copy or share. I have a couple of friends that I share emulators/games with and it would be good to expand the library a bit with games that we're familiar with, even if it takes a while lol. Would buying a flashcart have any significant benefits (like carrying over save data)?
So for $10 ($12 if you want tracking) you can get the R4i-SDHC Gold 2016 card, which can also be used to dump your games via a DS/L (even though it takes hours). Give me a bit and I'll try to find that rom dumper.
Here is a link to the exact flashcart I mentioned.

Just found it again. It requires you to set up a FTP server on your computer and editing a .ini file with your computer's IP address.I have a working ds, and I'm ok with buying a flashcart (assuming theyre still available) for the ds as long as it doesn't take hours to copy or share.
