Hacking 3DS Downgrade Problem

Need help. I have tried to downgrade from 10.3.0-28E to 9.2.0-20E using multiple tutorials and update files, but I always get a brick (I updated again using recovery mode). I tried installing the update from menuhax using sysupdater2 (an edited version of sysupdater with less possibility of a full brick) on a O3DS. Any help?

I'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing. It worked on one of my 3ds', but it keeps softbricking on my other.
