Homebrew 3DS don't power on,

Hello everyone. i have a nintendo 3ds that is not turning on, turns on the blue led for a few seconds but as screens do not turn on. I tried to enter GM9 (start + power) but it does not always enter and neither does luma (select + power).
I already tried to use the fear of recovery (power over holding: A + R + L + Up (DPad)).
someone help me ?.

Do you hear the speaker popping or one of the screens quickly flashing white when the 3DS turns off after the few seconds? If you do then it is probably a hardware issue with the 3DS, and if you don't then you should try using a different SD card and putting new CFW files on it (looking at your attached picture I see that you could have already tried that).

my pals one was doing that and what i did was put a bit of sellotape around the TOP of his SD Card ..for a reason we cant explain the damn Sd card wouldn't stay in without the tape .. but after it worked perfectly

Download this archive and put the "boot.firm" and "boot.3dsx" files on the root of your 3DS's SD Card. Then, do any steps you haven't done in the Finalizing Setup Section of the 3DS Hacks Guide.

It's a weird suggestion... but using the Windows repair tool on the mSD card can fix it.
It helped me with my console like a year ago.
You can use any, the Windows Explorer one or the chkdsk command on CMD.
