Why doesn't anyone try to run a microscopic 3D MRI on this thing? That would give is a detailed 3D image of the chip AND it's innards, not just 2D layer scans. Probably a lot cheaper, too.

I'm not saying that this is a scam or anything, but i find this REALLY vague;
You hit $2000 dollar, the price for the decapping, right?
Then you are "Bussy", and say nothing for 2 weeks, no update, nothing, and now, all of sudden, you need ANOTHER 300 bucks? Sorry, i really lost faith in this.
