Looking for flaws? No. In fact, I think my system seems to be running better than most people on these here forums. But yeah, when things happen, I wonder if it's just me or if it's normal because I'd like to know sooner than later. God Forbid.

Mine squeaked the first 3 days I had it. just needed to be broken in. No sweat.

I had exactly the same thing happen to mine but it went away after using it for some time

Mine doesn't squeek unless I'm playing mario kart and getting into it. It just sounds like the squeek of new plastic rubbing on new plastic

If it did, I didn't notice. Right now I have no problems at all.

Mine feels a bit better with each use and it doesnt make sounds anymore. I think it was just too stiff.

My A button is kind of squeaky; Pad is fine

mine got worse and stiffer to the point of missing inputs so I returned it last night and the new one has a smooth silent dpad, an added bonus was it gave me enough needed stars to get a SNES classic and a spare set of AR cards
