3ds crashing

My Japanese 3ds crashes on some games when I host 3ds games with download play it usually gives me this error.

Seems like you might be trying to mix regions with mk7 dlp, which isn't supported. I suppose.

Is there any fix for this? I'm getting this error sometimes and also sometimes my screen will go black while playing with no error message and the only thing I can do is turning it down pressing the power button for some seconds.
