1.can you get banned for using games from the freeshop like yoshis wolly world or punch club.

2.if i lose a game cartridge can i redownload the cia from freeshop and play online and not get banned
3.how do u dump legit cias?

1)You cant get Banned when using cias Downloaded via freeShop.

2)Yep, if the Game is listed there.

3)I dont know really, but afaik FBI or Decrypt9 can do this.

2 - Yes, and if it's not listed you can always go to an iso site and get it from there
3 - Yes

Hourglass9 method
1. Open up Hourglass9 -> Miscellaneous Options -> SysNAND title to CIA or EmuNAND title to CIA (depending on which NAND the 3DS game was tied to)
2. Use the arrow keys and find the title ID for your game.
3. Once you've found and selected the folder that matchedd the title ID for your game, press A.
4. It will now attempt to build the CIA

Decrypt9 method
1. Open up Decrypt9WIP -> Content Decryptor Options -> CIA Builder Options -> CIA Builder (SysNAND/decr.) or CIA Builder (EmuNAND/decr.)
2. Use the arrow keys and find the title ID for your game.
3. Once you've found and selected the folder that matchedd the title ID for your game, press A.
4. It will now attempt to build the CIA.
