Hacking 3DS CFW

hi i install 3DS CFW bootrap + luma + region change from japanese to USA for english menu because i cant read japanese

the problem is now i cant access mii plaza and nintendo eshop . it show error like region not correct between region that i set to USA
and nintendo eshop still be japan . i guess


does it has anyway to make it work
