Try it again like what @Hayato213 said with MiniTool Partition.

Make sure you select these settings boxed in red and green.

If 2 sd card for 2dsxl size 64gp for two and copy all files from 2 sd to on 128 gp fat 32 and games show for one sd the next sd not show the games but size in sd is full for 128 gp. That meaning must do some things to show all 2 sd games in one bigger with no broblume.?????
