Hacking 3ds CFW Problem

I have a problem with my 3ds. This was on version 6. something E. I've installed a CFW using this guide https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(soundhax). But when my R4 card did not work, I used this video to downgrade to version 2.1 After that, I somehow got the CFW working again, but the R4 card still did not work. Later I updated the 3ds normally because I resigned myself that the R4 card does not work anymore. But somehow the Rosalina Menu and godmode9 did not work anymore. A short time later, the 3ds start without the SD card is no longer (which is normal), however, with the SD card was only the blue light on, but the screen remains black
