The 3DS browser doesn't support HTML 5 nor Flash, and probably never will.

It does support HTML 5 currently. Nintendo just limited its abilities to like 1/4 or less than its potential but HTML 5 is there. It probably will never (through official means) support Flash, though.

Online tab browsing for 3DS and DSi

For some reason the creator stealed the name "Okiwi". Lol.

Probably right. There's not that much of a demand (from what I've seen), and I doubt Nintendo wants a bunch of homebrew flash games made for the 3DS browser to deter people from buying on the eShop. :P

Parts of HTML5 are supported, but other parts aren't.?HTML5 isn't like a plugin that you either have or you don't.?It's a specification defining a set of features that browsers can conform to.?Since the 3DS uses the WebKit rendering, it implements most of the features rendered by the release of WebKit it's using (which is fairly old now).?The exception would be things that require additional work to be implemented like replaced elements that are actually rendered by the browser; , , some form elements and the like.

No single browser is 100% HTML5 conforming.?Chrome Canary is close to 100%, but it's still a while away.

I forgot to say that there aren't only tabs on OkiwiDS, o-o
There are a Status page, blogs, forums, games, and etc, but you need an account o-o
Oh and you don't need to have an account to use the tab browsing, just tap Tab1/2/3 and then press the A button on your 3DS.
