Have you made the d9 type in specific? Cause it's differente from regular CTR Transfer. The d9 mode "rebuilds" your nand, even if it's completely erased...

Cause it's the real possibility in case of no backup of NAND and deep bricks.

@TurdPooCharger can explain it better, if it would work or not. But I have unbricked a few DS using this procedure.

By the way, it seems that using latest CTR images in this procedure doesnt work, cause the script doesn't "recognize" the SHA. I had to find the specific CTR transfer mentioned in the guide, and it was not easy, cause I found only dead links. I found in a strange source though.

I'm running into a similar issue myself, after months of not using my 3DS I updated the system to use online and after reboot I get nothing but a black screen. I also do not have a backup nand.

Any steps I can take in possible restoring my system?

Update Luma3DS. Just copy/ paste the latest boot.firm file into the root of the sdcard and try again.

When I boot up holding start I'm taken to Hourglass9 v1.35
Would guess this is an A9LH payload.
Hold (Select) on power on to get the current Luma3DS version on the top of the upper screen.

Also anytime I try to reply or quote I get an error posting, lol.
