Gaming 3DS be bricked

Will Nintendo brick your new 3DS if a flash card like the R4 or Acekard is used in it with an firmware update?

No but there will be a record on the 3DS that a R4 type device was used and store will not accept returns of these consoles.

But it is yet to been seen how the stores will know this and a work around could block this info being stored on the 3DS (Maybe a simple reset)

in other words just use your carts on dsi/dslight. and get a rental plan for 3ds games wich come in mail and dont have to return till you want to but keep up plan.its just clone hack not doing nothing but same stuff on ds .
