Translation (Thanks @Arubaro ):
Dear Mr ---

Thank you for contacting Nintendo.

Your console has been blocked for online mode because you used an illegal prerelease version of Pokémon Sun / Moon.

The game is officially released on 23.11.2016 for the European market. Certainly, you can imagine that it is not desirable for Nintendo if illegal copies already exist.

The lock is therefore permanent and a reverse of it is excluded.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

This is actually an "English only" site, please provide a translation.

Something like that

I just noticed all these mails are exactly the same stuff copied over and over again.

Just wait these 12days that are left and stop panicking....
Also I am pretty sure there will be a way to unban yourself. Well 002-0102 that is as 022-2812 has a fcdcert database they'd use. :I

Be aware of second-hand 3DSes on eBay.com recently.
The sellers may hide the 022-2812 issue on their items and sell them to noobs who don't know how serious it is.
If someone sells them without a proof of succeeded entering Nintendo Network ID configuration without the modified Luma, then god curses him/her.
