In the latest change log I saw this:

*Automatic updates when a wireless internet connection is available.

Does it means automatic firmware updates without the Owner's consent?

You have consent it by update on FW 2.0.0-1......
Are there someone who read the terms? >.<

As said in the EULA, you consent for automatic update of Hotspot list and minor fixes (like updating an URL to retrieve new games if they ever change it), it's not automatic update of the full firmware update.

Does it means automatic firmware updates without the Owner's consent?

And it won't be without your consent, because you agree with the term of service first.
