Bought a Japanese 3DS and modded it. Since this was my 4th 3DS from Japan I did no NAND backup and straight up modded and converted the region. After converting the region and booting into the 3ds, I get an exception occurred, ARM9 Data Abort. I cannot fix this, I have tried, changing sd cards multiple times, getting fresh ctransfer copies, unable to boot into safe mode so can't do that. The error happens with or without an sd card. All files are updated. Crash dump attached. If anyone is willing to help me, that would be great. Thanks.
