What kind of system is it and what firmware are you on?

If you run a system update you will get it back.

I did run an update, but it did not allow me to update. Instead of saying something like the system is up to date, it gave me an error code

Then you're missing more than just the eshop title what is your full firmware and what kind of 3DS do you have

Nope. I'm using the one provided on Plailect's guide, so it should be the normal one

Download sysUpdater https://github.com/profi200/sysUpdater/releases/download/0.4.2/sysUpdater_0_4_2.zip and install it
Download 3DNUS from the main post and type 11.0.0-33 into the title ID field and USA into version and drag all the CIA's it downloads into a folder called updates and drag that folder into the root of your MSD
then run sysupdater.
