Is there any 3D fighters on the DS? I don't mean a 2D fighter with 3D graphics. I mean a literal 3D fighter (such as Custom robo, but thats not much of a fighter type of game)

I don't think one exists. Hadrian's thread has new games coming out this October and it includes a 3D fighting game. It's called Monster Lab. Also, look around some Hulk games and you might find one, but most Hulk games aren't very good.
