Hacking 3 in 1 help

ok i just got my 3 in 1 today and i got some trouble. whenever i load the game and save it wont save it i tried this on megaman i am using GBA ExpLoader 058b also theres 2 diffrent modes PSRAM Mode and NOR modes whats the diffrents and what one should i use thanks
