Hacking 3 in 1 and My R4

Well, I need to know how top play my gba games on m ds using the r4 and ez flash 3 in 1. I used to be able to play them fine until I upgraded my kernal thing and now I cant. Anyone know some loaders or whatever it will take for me to play some gba games?
