I want to change my wii's region form 3.3u to 3.2e using anyregion changer at first should I downgrade from 3.3u to 3.2u using

wanikoko's downgrader then change the region to 3.2e. Is that correct? should I downgrade or just change the region from 3.3u

to 3.2e?

Thanks for any help

As far as I am aware you can just change to 3.2E regardless.

I am using a NTSC Wii myself and I changed all my area and game settings to mach Europe, then saved in Any Region Changer, then I did the install for 3.2E, seemed to work fine and no issues. I then reversed the process to get back to 3.2U

I noticed that there are two ways to change the region:
1.Using wanikoko's cIOS downgrader
2.Using AnyRegion Changer

So which one should I use to go from 3.3u (not the 23oct update) to 3.2e?

I personally used Any Region Changer, just make sure you change things properly. There is a warning that explains it but it's basically something like if you change your system menu region, you must change the disc region to match or something. Whenever I sued it I made sure everything matched up so to avoid issues.

So if your wanting to change from 3.3U to 3.2E, just change all the settings on the top part to Europe settings and save, then do the install for 3.2E and your fine.

Like I am saying, I think you can use either. They both essentially do the same thing, just different interfaces and options.

I used Waninkoko's cIOS downgrader once but it is just all text and a wad, so I never liked it because it was just gibberish to me. I found Any Region Changer to be a bit clearer and with the interface you can see what you are doing. It warns you when your setting incorrect settings and stuff and automatically gets your system info so you know where you are.

I tried setting all my things to Europe and i would click save and it wouldn't save it would just got back to the homebrew channel. Just in case my have the settings wrong what should they be for Europe? And I have 3.3u.
