Just "stability" updates. Most likely blocking the recent 3.35 userland exploit stuff.

Or maybe they actually fixed something, I dunno, they never really tell much in their changelogs.

The /PSP/ and /GAME/ folders can no longer be renamed, meaning the custom bubbles trick no longer works.

The currently-unreleased VHBL exploit still works, however.
