Hacking 3.2E and new Shopping Channel

I followed this:

+Load "Install Shop IOS51". Say Yes to installing IOS51 and Yes to patching a fix but No to the Wii Shop Channel.

That is tona's version, but I still can not acces the Shop Channel. Should I say yes to the wii shop channel?

good question, i thought maybe it was a USA shopping channel, just because the tutorial said ' Say no the installing the shopping channel'.
