Hacking 2ds power on just with memory card

2ds from a friend power on just with memory card inside an when i power it without MC just the blue light and then power off.
Version 10.13.0-45E
No recovery with key UP+L+R+A.
Nothink happen with START button .
No homebrew launcher.


in BannerBomber3 step and in DSiWARE igot this error ARM 11 ( core 0 )

help please.

If you're getting that error you already have cfw and you don't need bannerbomb3 anymore.
Put "boot.firm" on the root of your sd card

You use the rosalina menu when in download play to set that title to launch hb once its set and reset.
