Ok, I'm buying a 2ds next month because my old one broke and i can't find anywhere to repair it (im from brazil). its been 2 years since it broke and i light modded it. i put everything i liked (ex: twilight menu, anemone, hshop, a bunch of gba roms etc) and i've been wanting to prepare in advance to mod it. give me some tips for homebrew apps/games to download and external things to put (ex:capture cards)!

The above link to install CFW is a great place to start. Twilight Menu is an excellent choice and one I've gotten a lot of fun out of.
Other tools/games that I've enjoyed include:
-SM64 60FPS (Mario 64 in 60FPS on a 3ds looks really weird, but cool).
-PabloMK7's CTGP-7 is easily the best modpack for Mariokart 7 out there (I'm actually in the staff credits for that one as well :D )
-There's a tool somewhere to give your StreetPass Mii golden pants, which is usually reserved for Nintendo employees (not sure how useful that is since StreetPass is basically dead) but it's hilarious anyways.
-A 3DS Virtual Boy emulator was released not too long ago and I've heard mostly good things about that.

Lots of other stuff as well. Those are just some things I've personally enjoyed. Good luck and have fun!

why do you people always need someone to tell you what to install? You've already hacked your system, you can do whatever the hell you want with it. go install absolutely whatever you want, the world's your oyster.
