Gaming 2DS CIA with FBI Problem

I have a US 2DS Whenever I try to download this Region- Free Pokemon X CIA <Don't link to copyrighted ROMs> it says Install failed! SUMMARY_OUT_OF_RESOURCE (0x3) Description: <unknown> (0xd2) HELP

I believe you ma have run out of space on your SD card. Try deleting any large files you may have on your SD card, then try again.

You can try with BBM? If that doesn't work, the CIA is prob invalid. Also, I don't think it's a good idea to share this link here...

You need to remove the link to that illegal download.

Also, I believe this may get removed because of the link to the ROM. ( A legit ROM cannot be modified or it's no longer valid. )

I had same problem. Try to install any other game. If you successfully install other game, then it might be problem in downloaded version. Try to download other one. If you won't be able to install any other game then it's a problem in CFW (like i had). Solution was to reinstall whole CFW again.
