2002-1002 in a atmosphere

hi i have just installed atmosphere with hekate on a switch (xaw10029908089), so now i want to enter to the HB menu in game format, but i cant with a physical game (its a supersmashbros phsysical game)

it only shows me this error code

what can i do?, im willing to give more info if its neccesary
