Hacking 2 questions

I have 2 questions that seem like they would fit in this section.

1. I have some anime I want to convert through BatchDPG, but the default audio in them is japanese, but I have no subtitle file. There is english audio, but when I convert the videos, the audio is japanese. Is there a converter that let's you choose the audio?

2. What is the best rumble device for the NDS? I'm thinking of getting the eWin rumble pak, but I wanted to check and see if there were any that were better.

I dont know About rumble packs, but should order it if you want.

Forget rumble and get a GBA/ram pack. As for converter, I'm not really sure.

Well I just realized I'm a dumbass lol. That post made me remember that I'm getting an M3DS Real, so no worries about the rumble thing (MAN I can be stupid sometimes

). As for the video converter, wasn't there some program that converted to DPG besides DPGTools and BatchDPG? That could have a language option.
