yes i know you can install it with a flash cart but no site i can find take paypal and i have no credit card to buy one

NDS-card.com accepts paypal (the payment system is a little wacky because paypal bans sites that sell flashcards so they need to make it look like you are not paying them directly . . . but) they are gbatemps official sponsor-store and totally legit

also cant you buy a prepaid visa/mastercard card at your local store?

Aside from the three methods currently available (ntrboot, DSiWare, and hardmod), there's unlikely to be any way to install CFW to an 11.5 3DS anytime in the near future, if ever (probably never, in my humble opinion). Ntrboot was a pretty big get.

i assume people are just waiting to work on exploits until the 3ds is forgotten so it wont get patched

most real devs switched over to newer things hence the nickname for notehax "lasthax"

i am broke at the moment but have 48nzd on my paypal

only place that sells visa gift cards is over an hr away and they charge 5.99nzd for the card also i would need to catch the bus there and back since i don't drive and cost about $10nzd

Just for you info, an 11.5 cfw exploit has been discovered but it will be released after the 3ds EoL which is ~2019, so yeah.
