Hacking 11.0 soft-downgrade?

Worked for me.

System transferred from my 2DS (A9LH) to a N3DS XL and downgraded.

If you have an EU 3DS and if you are waiting for the EU save, you should add Fieldrunners to your wishlist.
Even if Tendo removes the game, you will be able to download it if you check your wishlist

a9lh is not necessary, the guide says
3DS #1: the 3DS running some kind of custom firmware (arm9loaderhax or some form of EmuNAND/RedNAND)
