I suppose you'd be able to find what you're looking for on Project Pokémon's forums.

i'm sure somebody here has a save file with pokemon on (100% legit) from 5th generation.

It contains legitimate .pkm files of all the Isshu Pokemon.

It is missing Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect because those are only obtainable with an event (that has yet to come).
