That will work. Use the option for CTRNand auto transfer. It will copy your secureinfo_A and a few other things to get the new nand image to work.

Stop. So much misinformation on the Temp today. Why is it that people are intent on helping even when they don't know what they're doing:

Extended answer:
Any downgrader based on safesysdowngrader will always be wrong and not downgrade those 3 titles because it has a hardcoded downgrade title list (based on 104 titles only).
So, unless you manually add those 3 titles and rerun the downgrade using a downgrader that does not have these 'safe' features, it will always not downgrade them. This mostly affects systems that start at 10.5 or above.
Alternatively, you can downgrade those 3 titles using a Gateway in sysnand-patch mode using Devmenu2x (only, no other version). By simply installing them via Devmenu2x, it overwrites the correct tile with the one you want.
The amiibo settings can be deleted using the old FBI version, after previously launching minipasta (via HBL). Or leave it alone, because you're going right back to 10.7 or 11 anyways.

The original issue was the browser not being downgraded according to the OP. We could go through and manually downgrade individual titles or just do a transfer, finish the a9lh install, restore the 9.2 backup he is making now and then update to 11.1 to fix everything.
It's more time saving now than actually trying to fix any problems with the current nand.
My console isn't bricked, I completed the CTRnand transfer and my browser is still on the latest version. I'm going to run downgrade checker again

I assume your goal is to install a9lh. Continue on with the guide. If browserhax will not work go with another entry point.

In your current situation it may not be possible. If a CTRNand transfer did not work you're kinda boned. You could try updating sysnand after the a9lh install, creating and emunand, downgrade your emunand to 9.2 then swapping your sysnand and emunand.

Well, most folks that ask for help with a downgrade is because it's partial and they're unable to launch homebrew. If you're able to launch homebrew already, then it's up to you how you want to proceed. You would want to start by making a nand backup of course.
If however, you have interest in cleaning up your current downgrade (not assuming any inherent risk), you have options:
1) find a downgrade pack from a 9.2 old 3ds and add the 3 missing titles to your downgrade pack. Use a downgrader (there's one at larbob...for 10.7 that I use for 10.7, not promoting it, just noting it).
OR if you have a gateway, launch into sysnand-patch mode and add those 3 titles via devmenu 2x (just import them). Also found somewhere on gateway's website.
2) if you care, launch hbl once and then launch minipasta. Wait for softreboot, and go back into hbl. Launch old version of FBI and search for the Amiibo extra title. Delete it.
OR just ignore it.
After this point, the downgrade checker should come back with zero mismatched titles, and there should be no reason keeping you from starting the A9HL process. To be honest, I would bet that 70% (at least) of all gbatemp downgrades to 9.2 have all those titles just as you have them.
