Homebrew 10.7 partial downgrade

My n3DS came on 10.7 and I downgraded it to 9.2. All CIA files successfully installed in sysDowngrader ( https://github.com/Plailect/sysDowngrader/releases/tag/1.03 ) and my 3DS says 9.2. I went into the browser and noticed it's still the new one. I used downgrade check and apparently some files are still updated.

So then I tried to complete the downgrade and it didn't even install anything:

What should I do to complete the downgrade?

You could, using FBI, delete the titles that didn't downgrade & install the 9.2 cias for that title? Would be risky though depending on what the titles are.

I'm not sure what titles they are, but it shows them in the first image i sent

Do the downgrade again. Whatever did not downgrade will downgrade the second time around. Don't delete anything via FBI, you risk bricking.

I tried it 4 times. The second screenshot shows the result every time

I had this problem before. The source where I got the downgrade files was incomplete (google drive link from the guide). Download the downgrade files from a different source and do it again.

Don't use that link, go to the arm9 guide and get it from there.

Ya, you wouldn't want to touch most of these in FBI. I agree with others, do the downgrade again using cias from plailect's guide.

Same thing with PlaiSysUpdater and the CIAs from the a9lh link. It says downgrading and then instantly says complete.

You could try a CTRNand transfer but I'm pretty sure you will lose all apps installed on the console. If you're not worried about it then go ahead.

Just make sure you are using the latest version of Decrypt9. Anything else will brick.

just do the downgrade from the HBL again.

If it still doesn't do it. Downgrade the browser (uninstall the CIA and then reinstall the proper version), and you should be good to go as long as NATIVE_FIRM downgraded properly.
